How does SuPPLIER Invoice Reconciliation work?

To reconcile supplier invoices, you first need to set up the supplier and their invoice data sheet. Here’s a quick overview:

Click on “Supplier” and then click on the “New” button in the top-right corner.

Below is how the supplier form will look.

2. Create datasheet for supplier

Once the supplier is added, you need to add the datasheet.

First, enter the basic details. Then, map the necessary attributes.

3. Create Supplier Invoice

Click on the “Add Invoice” button. This page will prompt you to select the supplier, company, and datasheet.

Once this information is submitted, the system will fetch the mapped attributes from the datasheet and display them as a form to file the invoice.

After filling out the invoice details, the system will take you to a review page.

Once the invoice is submitted, it will be in a “Pending” status. An admin is required to review it and mark it as “Approved,” then later mark it as “Paid.”

4. Perform Invoice Reconciliation

Invoice reconciliation can be done from the main invoice listing page. The process involves selecting the invoices and performing a mass reconciliation against transactions.
